Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an IT Asset Management & Deployment Specialist (Onsite) to manage the full lifecycle of technology devices, ensure accurate inventory, and coordinate efficient deployment. The role combines IT asset management, desktop support, inventory control, and customer service across stakeholder teams.

The candidate should have an Associate’s degree in IT or related field, 5+ years of desktop support, and proficiency in Microsoft 365, ITSM/ITAM tools, and strong

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of desktop/computer support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience in asset management and IT deployment in large environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the asset lifecycle for technology devices from acquisition to disposal.
• Serve as first contact for technology purchases and onboarding/offboarding staff.
• Coordinate deployment of devices to locations.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and best-practice workshops.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update asset data.
• Troubleshoot order, warranty, or delivery issues with stakeholders.
