Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Windows Exchange Technical Lead to manage enterprise Exchange environments, both on-premises and in hybrid deployments, with strong expertise in Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting.

You will install, configure, and monitor Exchange, manage mail flow, DAGs, and migrations, and use PowerShell to automate routine tasks while providing excellent customer-facing support.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Exchange Server environments.
• Manage mailboxes, databases, mail flow, and delivery issues.
• Administer Exchange in on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Manage Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 messaging services.
• Troubleshoot email connectivity, delivery, and mail flow issues.
• Manage DAGs and database replication.
• Configure connectors, transport rules, and accepted domains.
• Manage email security, permissions, mailbox access, and distribution groups.
• Troubleshoot Outlook connectivity, authentication, and calendar issues.
• Handle certificates for Exchange services.
• Collaborate with AD, DNS, authentication to resolve messaging issues.
• Perform upgrades, patching, migrations, and maintenance.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity.
• Lead complex incidents and escalations.
• Communicate status updates to customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of enterprise email services.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have experience managing enterprise Exchange environments, resolving complex technical issues, and providing excellent customer-facing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
• Manage Exchange mailboxes, databases, mail flow, and email delivery issues.
• Administer Exchange Server in on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 messaging services.
• Troubleshoot email connectivity, message delivery, and mail flow issues.
• Manage Exchange Database Availability Groups (DAG) and database replication.
• Configure and troubleshoot connectors, transport rules, and accepted domains.
• Manage email security, permissions, mailbox access, and distribution groups.
• Troubleshoot Outlook connectivity, authentication, and calendar-related issues.
• Manage certificates, including SSL/TLS certificates for Exchange services.
• Work with Active Directory, DNS, and authentication services to resolve messaging issues.
• Perform Exchange Server upgrades, patching, migrations, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor Exchange infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.
• Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical incidents and escalations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, provide status updates, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of enterprise email services.
