Empower AI in Washington, DC seeks a Collaboration Platform Administrator to manage enterprise SharePoint and MS 365 tools for the Department of State. You will ensure seamless collaboration across platforms and support modernization efforts with AI-driven monitoring.

The role requires a 5+ year IT background, a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, and a Secret Security Clearance. Prior Microsoft 365 certification is preferred, with emphasis on Teams administration and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT or related experience.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
• Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online, MS Teams sites, and MS 365 tools for DoS customers.
• Migrate to latest collaboration platform version with cloud compatibility.
• Provide support for collaboration sites including add-ins and fixes using Power Automate, HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Create and manage site collections, project sites, lists, and libraries; integrate AI-driven monitoring and predictive analytics.
• Review system resources using ULS and Windows Logs for health concerns.
• Monitor permissions and audit logs for governance violations; report findings.
• Maintain guides, KM articles, and SOPs for collaboration platforms.
