Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) is seeking a skilled MRP Demand/Supply Scheduler in McKinney, TX to coordinate material flow and align with production schedules. You will manage requisitions, track material availability, and resolve shortages to support complex defense programs.

The role requires a university degree (or equivalent) with 3–5+ years of experience, proficiency in MRP processes, and strong MS Office skills. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility, scheduling, planning, inventory cycle, and/or production control.
• Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and coordinate program requirements to ensure smooth material flow to meet customer requirements.
• Place and track purchase requisitions for program materials.
• Provide status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems.
• Work daily to confirm material supply and demands.
• Prepare work orders for production based on master production schedule and inventory requirements.
• Collaborate with program support staff to resolve material shortages and production issues.
• Report and troubleshoot MRP system exceptions; take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Schedule and expedite movement of parts; move/ship materials as needed.
• Work with factory, supply chain and operations teams to ensure effective program execution.
