Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing facility, scheduling, inventory cycle, or production control.
Experience with MRP processes and troubleshooting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and coordinate program requirements to ensure controlled material flow.
Place and track purchase requisitions for program materials.
Provide status of WIP, material availability, and production issues.
Confirm material supply and demand daily to meet schedules.
Prepare work orders based on master production schedule and inventory needs.
Resolve material shortages with program support staff.
Troubleshoot MRP system exceptions and take corrective action.
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile systems.
