RTX (Raytheon) is seeking a skilled MRP Demand/Supply Scheduler in McKinney, TX to coordinate material flow and align with production schedules. You will manage requisitions, track material availability, and resolve shortages to support complex defense programs.

The role requires a university degree (or equivalent) with 3–5+ years of experience, proficiency in MRP processes, and strong MS Office skills. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

  • Experience in a manufacturing facility, scheduling, planning, inventory cycle, and/or production control.
  • Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance.

Raytheon is seeking a successful candidate for a MRP Demand/Supply Scheduler role within the Advanced Product Center area in McKinney, TX supporting developing programs. The successful candidate will operate in multiple shop floor control and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems to ensure alignment between material position and production schedule.

What You Will Do
  • Evaluate and coordinate program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Place and track purchase requisitions for program materials.
  • Provide status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
  • Work daily to confirm material supply and demands.
  • Prepare work orders for the production of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements.
  • Work with program support staff to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build.
  • Report on and troubleshoot MRP system generated exceptions; and take corrective action on unfavorable trends as necessary.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory cycle counts and reconcile the system.
  • Schedule and expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, etc.
  • Perform movement of material to and from the factory, pack/ship (or other areas) as needed.
  • Work closely with the factory, supply chain and operations teams, to ensure effective program execution. In this role the ownership and use of metrics will be key to maintain system health and drive the level of performance that will support customer expectations.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing facility, manufacturing scheduling, planning, inventory cycle and/or production control.
  • Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • U.S. Citizen - the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • 5 or more years of SAP / PRISM experience
  • Experience with Tableau, Kinaxis, Business Warehouse
  • Material planning and order execution experience.
  • Experience with government contracting requirements
