Job summary

TT Electronics seeks a Production Scheduler to manage item planning rules, master data integrity, and ERP-alert responses to sustain a robust end-to-end supply chain. You will drive accurate material plans, optimize inventory, and coordinate with production teams to meet the Master Production Schedule.

The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing, a two-year technical degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum two-year technical degree and at least three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• US Citizenship required due to contracts with the Department of Defense.

Responsibilities

• Understands concepts of dependent demand and protects it through planning master data and behaviors.
• Understands key principles of auto-planning inside the ERP system.
• Responds daily to MRP action and exceptions messages.
• Maintains safety factors based on appropriate statistical formulae.
• Monitors stock levels for slow-moving and obsolete items and recommends action.
• Releases orders according to Clear to Build Release protocols.
• Monitors order execution performance: item, quantity, date, status.
