Ontic is expanding its MRO operations in Miramar, FL and seeks an MRO Production Planner to develop the monthly production plan and coordinate material allocation for manufacturing and rotable assets. The role reports to the Warehouse & Planning Manager and requires strong Excel, ERP familiarity and excellent communication.

The position is onsite in Miramar, FL, with a fast-paced production environment, PPE compliance and collaboration across multiple functions to meet production requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong Excel, Outlook, Word skills; experience in fast-paced office and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly production plan and schedule.
• Organize and conduct production meetings.
• Plan and allocate materials for production work orders.
• Schedule rotable assets and manage floor stock availability.

You will report to the **Warehouse & Planning Manager** and will have an **onsite** work structure in **Miramar, FL**.Under the leadership of the Warehouse & Planning Manager, the MRO Production Planner is responsible for developing the monthly production plan, identifies and drives actions needed to support production requirements. Responsible for material allocation and availability. Coordinates production and management of Ontic owned material and rotable assets. Coordinates and communicates across multiple functions as needed to support production requirements.To be considered for the **MRO Production Planner** opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Alternate work experience will be considered in place of degree.**Environment:** Working in a fast-paced professional office and manufacturing/production environment. Will be subject to loud/noisy conditions, required to comply with all PPE/Safety requirements.**Required Skills:*** Intermediate to advanced level computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
