Job summary

Ontic in Miramar, FL is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for an onsite role in our expanding MRO warehouse. You will manage material handling, receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counts within our ERP system in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires forklift certification within 90 days, strong English communication, and expertise reading BOMs and pick lists. We offer comprehensive medical benefits, PTO, 401K matching, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in aerospace MRO or similar warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to achieve Forklift Certification within 90 days of employment
• Effective verbal communication, ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• Analytical and reasoning ability and problem solving
• Ability to read/understand bill of materials & pick lists
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of material handling within the 14 CFR part 145 Repair Station warehouse
• Accurate receiving, stocking and issue of material within the ERP system
• Perform physical inventory and cycle counts & reporting as required
• Ensure proper identification, lot/batch control, stocking location and inventory accuracy
• Maintain awareness and compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
• Research and reconcile all inventory discrepancies

Our team is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join them. You will report to the Director of Operations and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar .

To be considered for the Inventory Control Specialist opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• 1 years' experience in aerospace MRO or similar warehouse environment preferred

Compensation Pay Range

$20-23/hour depending on experience
