At ISS, we believe that people make places and that great partnerships begin with exceptional talent. We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative MRO Procurement Manager to join our North America Supply Chain & Procurement team. In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies across critical Integrated Facility Management (IFM) categories, partnering with business leaders to optimize supplier performance, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and create long-term value for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking, supplier partnerships, and business transformation intersect, we invite you to build your future with ISS.

What You’ll Do

As the MRO Procurement Manager, you will serve as the Critical Stores and Spares Program Manager for a high-volume production studio lot, leading end-to-end inventory management and MRO operations to ensure continuous production readiness. You will oversee strategic planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution of critical spare parts, consumables, and equipment across a diverse portfolio—including broadcast studios, production stages, Class A facilities, and support spaces. You will maintain inventory levels within established budget parameters while ensuring operational continuity by forecasting demand, monitoring usage, minimizing waste, and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize stock levels, control costs, and support uninterrupted service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end MRO and inventory management operations supporting a complex client portfolio with $200M+ in annual spend, including demand forecasting, stock optimization, and lifecycle management to ensure production continuity.
  • Design and maintain scalable inventory control programs, including audits, system accuracy, and real-time visibility across multiple locations aligned to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of critical spare parts and consumables in high-volume, fast-paced production environments.
  • Partner with production, engineering, facilities, and operations teams to anticipate demand, prioritize critical inventory, and support uninterrupted operations.
  • Manage supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, and service performance to ensure supply continuity, cost efficiency, and service excellence.
  • Ensure consistent execution of a standardized operating model, aligning processes, governance, and service delivery with contractual commitments.
  • Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, transparency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Utilize data and analytics to improve inventory accuracy, optimize space utilization, and inform decision-making.
  • Monitor and optimize service delivery performance, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, KPIs, and service-level expectations.
  • Lead program and project management efforts, ensuring timely execution of initiatives aligned with business and operational priorities.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging process standardization and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead issue resolution and escalation management to maintain high service levels and operational reliability.
  • Support broader strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards (HSEQ).

  • Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent project management skills.
