Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 2+ years in inventory management/procurement in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to analyze data, develop cost-effective maintenance plans, identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze monthly cost summaries by machine, work order, and MRO supplies.
• Track and quote current service providers monthly per agreements.
• Execute annual contracts with service vendors, negotiate terms and pricing.
• Establish reorder point triggers in the database to initiate purchase orders.
• Issue purchase orders based on reorder points for MRO goods and replenish direct purchases.
• Follow up on past due purchase orders to prevent downtime.
• Source maintenance goods and manage third-party repairs of motors, drives, and misc. items.
• Maintain tool crib stocking strategies and ensure contractor safety compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to schedule PM with contractors monthly.
• Track costs for capital projects in the CMMS database.
• Close out Capex projects and apply asset tags to accounting database.
