Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with supply chain concepts and manufacturing environments.

• Must have intermediate computer skills and be able to process electronically.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external contacts.
• Lean principles and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Purchase parts, equipment, and materials for MRO by preparing RFQs and issuing purchase orders.
• Maintain open PO data, quotes, work orders, and item master data with buyer codes.
• Resolve shipment quality discrepancies and negotiate with suppliers.
• Plan and schedule production capacity load for on-time delivery.
• Monitor production execution and supplier performance; advise on issues.
• Provide parts information by answering questions.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
• Conduct PFEP analysis and ABC/xyz analysis on inventory and MRO items.
• Assist in system transactions to support receipt, storage, and transfer of material.
• Check incoming shipments, verify receipts, report damages, allocate space.
• Manage inventory levels for MRO; generate tracking reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support in developing alternate sources of supply.
