Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for supplier and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and plant-floor environment comfort.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders for non-production items including parts and supplies.
• Monitor MRO inventory levels and coordinate with maintenance for critical parts.
• Source competitive quotes from approved vendors for supplies.
• Collaborate with maintenance, receiving and AP to resolve issues.
• Maintain procurement data and supplier records in ERP/MRP system.
