Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing knowledge and problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience with GD&T, fixtures, machining and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops manufacturing repair and overhaul processes.
• Develops procedures for economical product overhaul and repair per FAA requirements.
• Conducts tests and measurements to control variables; troubleshoots production issues.
• Recommends new equipment and materials as needed.
• Proposes operation sequences and fabrication tools and processes to optimize performance.
• Contributes to manufacturing processes aligned with SPC for compliant production.
• Ensures compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
