You will manage PM programs, custodial teams, and spare parts inventories while supporting OpEx and capital budgets. Flexible schedule and on-call duties are required to meet business needs. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Operational excellence: Coordinate all facilities maintenance - building and equipment to meet and exceed service levels.

• Continuous improvement: Use assessments to mitigate risk and drive improvement.

• Hands-on agility: Jump in for pest removal and electrical/mechanical repairs as needed.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of directly related experience.

Capabilities

• Foundational computer skills.
• Expert knowledge of industrial electrical systems (motors, starters, switchgear).
• Mechanical proficiency with bearings, shafts, speed reducers, sprinkler and similar systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call coverage.
• Skilled at translating technical details into clear guidance for maintenance teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency in supervisory experience, troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, industrial electrical systems, and maintenance.

Physical & Other

• Frequent bending; ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Comfort operating at heights up to 50 feet.
• Standing for prolonged periods.
• On-call 24/7; valid state driver’s license may be required.

Rewards

Compensation starting at $51,800 - $77,000, based on location and experience.

The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
