Schedule is Sun-Wed 6am-4pm with a 5% shift differential. Requires 2+ years' experience and an Associate degree. Relocation sponsorship is not available; salary is $35–$38/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment across clinical and commercial unit operations in a compliant, safe way.
• Document batch records and equipment logs per quality systems.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Logistics, and Tech Transfer for smooth handovers.
• Support deviation investigations with root-cause observations.
• Use Generative AI and digital tools to improve learning, docs, and data integrity.
• Work with cross-functional teams for daily operations.
