Job summary

Randstad USA in Marlborough, MA is hiring a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate I on a 6-month contract. The role operates GMP bioprocessing equipment on 10-hour night shifts (4:00pm–2:00am) SUN-WED, with a pay rate of $30–$34 per hour plus a 15% shift differential.

Responsibilities include executing manufacturing operations, adhering to cGMP and SOPs, documenting processes, and collaborating with QA for rapid disposition of mRNA.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience: 0-3 years relevant experience.
• GMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate bioprocessing equipment in GMP environment.
• Adhere to cGMP, SOPs and batch documentation.
• Use MES and disposable technologies for manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate operation records and process data.
• Assist in investigations of deviations and process improvements.
• Follow safety and gowning procedures and stay in a clean area.
• Support QA with rapid disposition of mRNA.
• Monitor processes to ensure specifications are met.
• Collaborate with QA, production and other departments.
