Randstad USA, in partnership with our client, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I for an on-site role in Marlborough, MA. This 6-month temporary assignment offers first-shift hours from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, a 3-day weekend each week, and a pay rate of $30.00-$34.00 per hour with a 5% shift differential.

Entry-level candidates (0–3 years) are encouraged to apply. The role involves operating manufacturing processes, adhering to SOPs and cGMP, working with MES systems, and collaborating with QA

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• GMP knowledge and compliance familiarity are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Core Operations: Execute day-to-day production processes using modern disposable technologies, automation, and MES.
• Quality & Compliance: Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines to maintain safety and quality for advanced therapies.
• Team Collaboration: Work with QA and teammates to monitor operations, document accurately, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Continuous Growth: Investigate deviations and share ideas to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Safe Working Environment: Maintain clean spaces following gowning and waste handling protocols.

• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Quality Assurance (QA) and fellow teammates to monitor operations, complete accurate documentation, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Continuous Growth: Help investigate procedural deviations and share ideas to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency.
• Safe Working Environment: Maintain high-standard, clean operating spaces following gowning and standard waste handling protocols.
