We are expanding operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Marlborough, Massachusetts—a premier hub supporting end-to-end clinical and commercial mRNA production. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate II to join our cohesive bioprocessing team.

In this role, you won't just follow standard operating procedures—you will act as an owner, driving execution in a modern cleanroom environment while exploring cutting-edge digital tools and responsible Generative AI workflows to advance operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Do

• Bioprocess Operations: Safely operate manufacturing equipment across clinical and commercial unit operations, strictly adhering to cGMPs, SOPs, safety protocols, gowning standards, and waste-handling procedures to ensure product quality and cleanroom integrity.
• Compliance & Documentation: Monitor runs against established specifications. Author, follow, and maintain accurate batch records, equipment logs, and process data aligned with internal Quality Systems and global regulatory standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with QA, QC, Logistics, Process Development, and Tech Transfer to ensure rapid DNA plasmid disposition and seamless shift handovers.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Support deviation investigations with clear root-cause observations, identify operational efficiencies, and responsibly leverage Generative AI and digital tools to enhance documentation, learning, and data integrity.
• Digital & AI Innovation: Leverage digital tools and Generative AI responsibly to accelerate technical learning, improve documentation efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate daily with Quality Control, QA, Logistics, Process Development, and Tech Transfer teams.
