Mercy Health's MRI Technologist position at The Jewish Hospital is responsible for daily modality operations, performing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) per established protocols, and assisting in training new staff under radiologist supervision.

Requirements include an ARRT MRI registry (or ARMRIT) and BLS, with 1 year of MRI experience preferred. This full-time role offers growth and patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

Formación

• Requires ARRT MRI registry, or ARMRIT
• State licensure preferred
• 1 year MRI department experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Operates the MRI system and related equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Performs QA tests and maintains clinical competency per department protocol.
• Assists in training and onboarding of MRI students and new staff.
• Supports performance improvement projects and audits as required by federal/state/local agencies.

Educación

Associate's from an ARRT accredited institute (preferred)
