Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, Missouri, seeks an MRI Technologist to operate MRI scanners and ensure safety. You will interview patients, review histories, and explain procedures to achieve successful exams.

Responsibilities include IV contrast administration, evaluating images for diagnostic quality, and collaborating with the team to maintain patient care standards. ARRT accreditation is required with MR certification due within one year.

• Graduate of ARRT accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Radiology.

Demonstrates a thorough understanding of MRI safety zones and practices all safety guidelines. Interview/screen patient for appropriateness of exam and patient history and documents such accurately.
