Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine and specialized MRI exams under radiologist direction. You will ensure high-quality images and patient safety, while adapting procedures for desired diagnostic results.

The role requires ARMRIT certification within 1 year and ARRT MR registration within 1 year, plus an Associate’s Degree in a related field. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• MRI technologist certification within 1 year (ARMRIT).
• MR registration within 1 year (ARRT).
• Certificate of completion of an Associate’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures to ensure accurate, complete examinations per imaging guidelines.
• Evaluate finished images for correct identification and quality before radiologist review.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain knowledge to operate high and low field MRI equipment.
• Train fellow technologists and students under supervision.
