Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams at Primary Children’s Lehi and Riverton in Utah. The role requires ARRT MR or ARMRIT cross-certification or ARRT MR with BLS, with 1–2 years of MRI experience and IV competency within 30 days of hire.

Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and relocation assistance may be available. Expect rotating call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on patient safety, image quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT or ARRT MR cross-trained in MRI with BLS.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.
• 1–2 years MRI technologist experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI exams on patients and coordinate with radiologists and physicians.
• Review images for quality, accuracy, and clarity.
• Adhere to MRI safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist and educate students and other MRI technologists in protocols and equipment.
• Provide patient education and address patient concerns during exams.
