Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams at Saint George Regional Hospital, Hurricane Valley Satellite ED, and the Outpatient Services Imaging Center.

10-hour shifts Mon-Thu, focusing on quality imaging and patient care with radiologists and providers. The ideal candidate will hold ARRT MR or ARMRIT (or ARRT R in MRI), BLS, and IV competency within 30 days; 1–2 years MRI experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT or ARRT R cross-trained in MRI required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers required.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI exams with quality imaging and safety.
• Verify patient identity, prep for exams, and review images for clarity.
• Maintain infection control and MRI safety protocols.
• Record procedures and manage equipment and information systems.
