Job summary

Intermountain HealthCare is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams at Saint George Regional Hospital, Hurricane Valley Satellite ED, and Outpatient Imaging Center. You will work with radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

The role requires ARRT MR certification (or ARMRIT/ARRT cross-training), BLS, and strong knowledge of anatomy, image evaluation, and MRI equipment.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification required or equivalent cross-training in MR.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Strong anatomy knowledge and image evaluation skills.
• Proficient in MRI equipment operation and contrast protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI exams following department protocols.
• Ensure correct patient identification and exam preparation.
• Review images for quality, clarity, and diagnostic usefulness.
