Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams at Intermountain Medical Center Imaging. The role requires ensuring patient safety, image quality, and adherence to protocols in a fast-paced environment.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week) with a rotating schedule, located at Murray, Utah. ARRT MR/ARMRIT cross-training and BLS certification are preferred, with on-the-job training for IV competency within 30 days.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT or ARRT(R) cross-trained in MRI.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT/ARMRIT/ARRT competency in all clinical and technical MRI functions.
• Verifies patient identity and orders; prepares patient for exam.
• Performs MRI exams per protocol; reviews images for quality and accuracy.
