Job summary

Shields Health Care Group seeks qualified MRI Technologists to join our Massachusetts facilities. You will provide high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, ensuring safety and comfort throughout exams.

Requirements include MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications, and ARMRIT accepted at some locations; prior MRI scanning experience is essential. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay ($40–$60/hr).

Qualifications

• MRI scanning experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience working in a clinical MRI environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Inform the patient about the exam and obtain consent as needed.
• Position the patient for comfort and safety during the scan.
• Perform MRI scans according to center protocols.
• Administer intravenous contrast when required.
• Record data in the Tech Data Entry program and complete forms.
• Provide films/CDs to the radiologist after exams.
• Assist clerical staff as needed.
• Clean and restock equipment and rooms regularly.
• Adhere to credentialing and training requirements.
