Job summary

Shields Health Care Group in Massachusetts is seeking an MRI Technologist to support a fast-paced imaging center. You will perform scans, ensure patient safety, and administer contrast under radiologist supervision.

Requires MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications; ARMRIT accepted at some sites. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to stay focused during exams. Monday-Thursday 8am-6:30pm with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• MRI scanning experience is required.
• MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications; ARMRIT accepted at some locations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Position the patient and ensure comfort during the exam.
• Operate MRI equipment according to center protocol and administer intravenous contrast.
• Record data and provide films/CD when appropriate.
• Forward data/films/CDs to Radiologist after exam and assist clerical staff as needed.
