IU Health is seeking an MRI Technologist for the Fort Wayne facility. The role supports diagnostic imaging services for inpatient and outpatient populations, with a focus on safety, patient comfort, and high-quality imaging.

The position requires MRI knowledge, patient screening, IV access and contrast administration, and collaboration with radiologists. Sign-on bonuses may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MRI safety and safety zones.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• MRI experience preferred; ARRT MR certification within 12 months of hire.
• Indiana ISDH license may be required.

Responsabilités

• Screens patients for safety and explains what to expect during MRI.
• Obtains IV access, administers contrast, manages adverse events.
• Performs routine QC and ensures MRI equipment functions properly.
• Documents information in EMR and collaborates with radiologists.
