Job summary

Indiana University Health in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks an Imaging Services Team Lead for the MRI department. The role leads daily operations, ensures high-quality diagnostic imaging, and provides staff guidance in a hospital setting.

The position requires 3–5 years in radiology, ARRT RT(R), ISDH license, and BLS. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, 1.0 FTE, with MRI call rotations and rotating holidays. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required.
• Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when needed.
• Requires active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography (RT(R)) per ARRT.
• Requires Radiologic Technologist license from ISDH.

Responsibilities

• Plans the work flow and employee distributions within the department.
• Provides lead functions within Diagnostic Radiology and guides staff.
• Ensures staff interact with patients in a positive manner across age ranges.
