Job summary

IU Health in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Imaging Services Team Lead for the MRI department. This hospital-based role leads the MRI team, oversees workflow, and ensures high-quality imaging for inpatients and outpatients.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience, BLS, ARRT(R) in Radiography, and a current ISDH Radiologic Technologist license. The position requires participation in MRI call rotations and rotating holiday coverage; start date planned for March 2027 with orientation

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant imaging leadership experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active ARRT(R) Radiography certification.
• ISDH Radiologic Technologist License (Indiana).
• Ability to maneuver imaging equipment and adapt positions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan workflow and staff distributions within the MRI department.
• Provide lead guidance to staff and ensure positive patient interactions across ages.
• Maintain a service-oriented environment and oversee MRI operations for inpatient and outpatient populations.
