Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an MRI Technologist II to perform MRI studies, ensure patient safety, and support the MRI team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. The role requires an ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT license, 1–2 years of MRI experience, and the ability to rotate across scanners.

Shift includes days, 36 hours per week, with on-site duties and benefits eligible. Responsibilities include preparing patients, administering MR contrast when needed, QA, and collaboration with radiologists and nurses

Qualifications

• Medical Imaging certificate/diploma or Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging.
• Experience as MRI Technologist 1-2 years required.
• Licenses: ARRT MR or ARMRIT and NH Medical Imaging License.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans and adjust parameters for diagnostic quality.
• Instruct patients on MRI safety and ensure adherence to policies.
• Inserts IVs and administers MR contrast as needed; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform QA procedures on MRI equipment and document results.
• Assist department staff with scheduling, transport, and inventory.
