Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• MRI registry must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders with Radiologist before performing exam.
• Identify and assist patients with clear explanations of procedures.
• Review patient history and EMR for pertinent data and document findings.
• Perform MRI exams from start to finish and ensure quality images.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast per protocol.
• Maintain radiation safety and infection control practices.
