Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an MRI Technologist PRN to perform high-quality MRI scans on patients of all ages under the direction of a Radiologist. The role emphasizes patient safety and a therapeutic diagnostic environment while supporting departmental improvement.

Requirements include Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days, AMA-approved radiology technology education, ARRT, MRT Texas, and MRI certification by December 31, 2012.

Qualifications

• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification and MRT Texas licensure for MRI.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment per standards.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.
