Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team as a full-time professional. The role involves performing high-quality MRI scans on patients of all ages under the direction of a Radiologist, ensuring safety and alignment with practice standards while contributing to departmental improvement initiatives.

Candidates should hold AMA-approved radiology technology training, ARRT certification, and a Texas MRT license; MRI certification via ARRT is required by year-end 2012.

Qualifications

• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification or credential.
• MRT State of Texas license.
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI scans with high quality on patients of all ages under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment in line with practice standards and magnet safety guidelines.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.
