Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI scans on patients of all ages under the direction of a Radiologist, maintaining a safe, therapeutic diagnostic environment and contributing to departmental improvement.

Qualified candidates will be graduates of AMA-approved radiology technology programs, ARRT-MRI certified, Texas MRT licensed, with BCLS within 30 days of employment; the facility is part of HCA Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification required.
• MRT State of Texas licensed.
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012.

Responsibilities

• Performs superior/quality MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards, magnet safety guidelines.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.
