The candidate should have ARRT MRI registry eligibility or ARMRIT, CPR certification, and the ability to work variable hours in a dynamic hospital setting in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• ARRT MRI registry eligibility or ARMRIT program required.
• MRI registry must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and associated equipment per departmental protocols.
• Verify orders, obtain patient history, and prepare patients for exams.
• Administer IV contrast and monitor patient safety during procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Document procedures and communicate findings with radiologists.
