Methodist Richardson Medical Center in Dallas area seeks an MRI Technologist to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging, supporting ultrasound, CT, PET, interventional radiology, digital mammography and nuclear medicine. The role involves venipuncture and assisting the Radiologist and nurses with sedation when needed.
Required: ARRT MR or ARMRIT, BLS, Texas certification, and 1 year of experience, with ARRT(R) holders expected to obtain MR within 1 year of orientation.

Job Description Your Job: In this highly technical allied imaging professional position, you‘ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the very best imaging services, which include ultrasound, CT scan, PET scan, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. The primary purpose of the MRI Technologist position is to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging. In addition, he/she performs venipuncture when indicated and assists the Radiologist and Radiology nurses with sedation cases.
