Job summary

Medical City Las Colinas is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI scans on patients of all ages under the direction of a Radiologist, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment in line with magnet safety guidelines. You will participate in departmental improvement activities and contribute to imaging quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification required.
• MRT State of Texas licensure.
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012.

Job Summary

Performs superior/quality MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist. Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards and magnet safety guidelines. Participates in departmental improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Graduate of an AMA approved school of radiology technology
• ARRT certification
• MRT State of Texas
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012
