Job summary

Medical City Las Colinas in Denton, TX is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality scans across all ages under a Radiologist. You will uphold magnet safety and patient safety standards, creating a therapeutic diagnostic environment.

You will actively participate in departmental improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and patient care. The role requires ARRT MRI certification, Texas MRT, and BCLS, with a commitment to continuing education and safety compliance within a dynamic

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification and MRT Texas licensure.
• MRI Certification through ARRT by deadline.
• BCLS obtained within 30 days of start date.

Job Summary

Performs superior/quality MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist. Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards and magnet safety guidelines. Participates in departmental improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Graduate of an AMA approved school of radiology technology
• ARRT certification
• MRT State of Texas
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012
