Job summary

Medical City Las Colinas in Irving, Texas is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI scans on patients of all ages under the direction of a Radiologist. You will maintain a safe, therapeutic diagnostic environment following practice standards and magnet safety guidelines, and actively participate in departmental improvement activities.

The role requires certification, state licensure, and BLS. You will ensure patient comfort and safety while delivering precise imaging.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Active ARRT MRI certification and Texas MRT license are required.
• Graduate from an AMA approved radiology technology program.

Performs superior/quality MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist. Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards and magnet safety guidelines. Participates in departmental improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Graduate of an AMA approved school of radiology technology
• ARRT certification
• MRT State of Texas
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012
