Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in New Jersey is seeking an MRI technologist to screen patients prior to MRI and perform imaging following Radiologists' protocols. You will begin studies, transfer images, and document patient history in EPIC/EMR and PACS.

Experience with Cardiac and Pediatrics is preferred; Siemens MRI experience is advantageous. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage daily imaging workflow. Rotation of holiday shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of AMA Approved RT Program.
• Current ARRT license preferred; MRI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews and screen patients prior to MRI procedures.
• Perform MRI procedures following Radiologists' protocols.
• Begin studies, transfer images, document patient history and complete studies in EPIC/EMR and PACS.
• Experience with Cardiac and Pediatrics preferred.
• Siemens experience preferred.
