Virtua Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high quality MRI scans and ensure patient safety in the imaging suite. The role requires ARRT registration with MR experience, or MR credentials, and CPR certification.

You will prepare patients, perform injections when needed, and follow strict safety protocols. Strong teamwork and clear communication with radiologists and staff are essential as you contribute to accurate imaging, patient comfort, and timely exam delivery in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology with MR experience (6 months).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in allied health with MR certification.
• MR board certification preferred; CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform high quality MRI studies according to radiologists' protocols.
• Film MRI exams using proper window and level.
• Set up room, obtain patient assessment form and injection procedures.
• Demonstrate venipuncture competence and administer contrast media.
• Verify order and patient identification before MRI exam.
• Screen patients for MRI safety and projectiles before entering the room.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain professional communication.
