Qualifications

• MRI technologist role requires ARRT-MR or ARMRIT within timeframe and MRI pathway requirements.
• BLS certification is required upon hire.
• One of the imaging pathways must be completed at hire or within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans under radiologist direction and independently after orientation.
• Provide patient care during MRI visits.
• Maintain MRI safety and equipment knowledge throughout duties.
• Collaborate with clinicians, nurses, and staff for smooth department operation.
• Adhere to PHI, policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Handle scheduling and communication with patients and departments.
