Job summary

Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Full-Time MRI Technologist for Day Shift to perform advanced MRI procedures under radiologist direction, delivering high-quality images and patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has an AA in Radiologic Technology, ARRT registration, 2+ years of experience, and BLS certification. You will ensure MRI safety, maintain equipment, and support efficient patient flow while adhering to standards.

Qualifications

• Two-year CAHEA/AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT registration and active certification.
• Minimum two years experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification current.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures per established protocols and radiologist guidance.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images across anatomical planes.
• Ensure MRI safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and flow throughout imaging.
• Maintain MRI equipment and support department operations.
