Grady Health System in Atlanta is seeking a Full-Time MRI Technologist for day shift to support diagnostic imaging services by performing advanced magnetic resonance imaging procedures under the direction of a Radiologist.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology program approved by the AMA CAHEA.
• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MRI principles and technical applications.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with established imaging protocols and radiologist direction.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images across multiple anatomical planes.
• Provide imaging services for a diverse patient population across multiple age groups.
• Ensure strict adherence to MRI safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and support patient safety, comfort, and care throughout imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support diagnostic accuracy and coordinated care.
• Maintain MRI equipment functionality and comply with departmental quality and safety standards.
• Support efficient patient flow and overall departmental operations.
