Qualifications

• Registry eligible or registered R.T. (MR) and/or ARMRIT certification.
• BLS certification required within six months of hire.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs for record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• Escort and instruct patients entering the examination area.
• Provide MRI services timely according to quality standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Practice safety specific to MRI environments.
