Job summary

Bronson Methodist Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist for a full-time, second-shift role. The position involves operating MRI equipment for diagnostic imaging, with a 72-hour pay period across four 9-hour shifts.

A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available and benefits begin Day 1. Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, are ARMRIT certified or registry-eligible, and can demonstrate strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• BLS certification due within six months of hire.
• Registry eligible (MR) or registered RT(MR) with ARMRIT certification preferred.
• Ability to operate MRI equipment and perform basic computer record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment for diagnostic imaging.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain QA and participate in department policy updates.
• Provide ongoing education and training for staff as needed.
• Deliver high-quality MRI procedures for radiologist interpretation.
