Join Our Team as an MRI Technologist - Part Time

Rhode Island Medical Imaging is offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!*

Position Overview

This role involves working on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 4PM to 9PM in Cranston, RI, and Friday from 3PM to 9PM in East Greenwich, RI. Under the supervision of the Lead MRI Technologist, you will perform high-quality MRI scans, ensure proper quality control, and interact professionally with patients, physicians, and staff to maintain efficient patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and properly position patients.
• Provide requested imaging studies based on case specifics.
• Maintain high diagnostic quality of films.
• Interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
• Adhere to safety and protocol standards.

Qualifications

• ARTR registered with MR Certification and IV experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move patients.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/Portuguese) preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk intermittently; lift and position patients.
• Work in magnetic and RF environments safely.
