Qualifications

• Performs all magnetic resonance imaging procedures according to established department protocols.
• Performs venipuncture using sterile technique and administers contrast media per protocol.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy and communicates with radiologists and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs all MRI procedures according to department protocols and ensures correct patient and settings before execution.
• Restocks and maintains equipment and work area in orderly fashion.
• Participates in on‑call coverage as needed.
• Completes RIS transactions to ensure accurate patient and procedure data for records and billing.
• Performs quality assurance and reports equipment downtime and issues.
